The catalogue is really simply to navigate, allowing you to easily select options to filter candidates by industry experience, skills, location and availability. You also get a useful snapshot of each candidate's capability measured against the industry standard for their level.
By getting really specific with the filters I was able to quickly home in on candidates with the right skillset for the job. If you find the filters leave you with too few options, you can always broaden them to cast the net wider.
I used the catalogue to create a shortlist of candidates, and followed this with some informed advice on each candidate's softer skills from the Jigsaw team, which led to a quick and easy recruitment process.
We found a great candidate who accepted the position within a couple of weeks using this method.
We're very pleased with the quality of the candidate we hired. I believe the catalogue helped us explore options we otherwise wouldn't have considered and I have already recommended the catalogue to several other members of our team.”

I can personally recommend the efficiency of Jigsaw’s procurement talent catalogue. For the customer, the catalogue enables highly targeted database searches of qualified procurement talent - which is significantly cheaper than conducting a manual candidate search.
For the candidate, Jigsaw invest the time and effort to profile the candidate’s skills and maintain regular contact to ensure that their catalogue details are accurate and current.
This enables the candidate to sit back and wait for new roles (which often are not posted on job boards) to come to them. Using this model, Jigsaw have been able to effectively leverage the internet to expose their core asset – their network of qualified procurement talent.
